Nexa Design Agency provides branding, website design, marketing, and related creative services. All work is completed according to the scope and timeline agreed upon in each project proposal or contract.
All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balances due upon delivery or completion. Late or missed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
We include a set number of revisions as specified in your project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges. Once final files are delivered and approved, any new changes will be treated as a new project or update request.
Upon full payment, all final design files and creative assets become the property of the client. Nexa Design Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, and all necessary materials (such as logos, content, and imagery) to ensure the project progresses smoothly. Delays in communication or content delivery may impact project timelines.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of a project private. We respect your business information, project details, and proprietary data, and we expect the same in return.
Nexa Design Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delays caused by factors beyond our control. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
If a project is canceled before completion, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Some of our projects may use third-party software, plugins, or integrations. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party updates, outages, or changes after project delivery.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
